Summer Reading 2025: Color Our World

Join the library’s 2025 summer reading program Color Our World running Monday, June 16th through Saturday, August 31st!

How Do I Join All The Fun?

  1. The Summer Reading Program runs June 16 – August 31.
  2. Sign up for Summer Reading via the form below, at the Children’s Desk, or by calling (856)589-3334 x223.
  3. All Children will receive a reading log. Upon completing their first reading log, children 4 and older will receive a ball chain necklace and a handful of beads to start their necklaces. Upon completing their first reading log, children 3 and under will receive an ice cream coupon.
  4. Read as much as you can and attend programs throughout the summer.
  5. Children will receive a special bead for their necklace and a trip to the prize cart for every reading log they turn in at the Children’s Desk.
  6. Children will also receive a special bead for each program they attend!

We celebrated the canines that make us laugh, Bluey Heeler and her family! We read a few stories featuring the family, played some show-inspired games, and did a craft.

We kicked off Summer Reading 2025 with a carnival inside the library!

We made a stained-glass bird ornament in this colorful crafting session!

South Jersey artist Amanda Chandler led a hand lettering class and taught the essential strokes and basic letter forms! Our young patrons created a painted canvas to bring home and showcased what they learned in class.

We made frisbees in this colorful crafternoon!

We sang our hearts out with fellow Wicked fans in this celebration of all things Oz!

We practiced basic poses, explored age appropriate relaxation techniques, and, of course, incorporated books and stories.
