It's time for a Teen and Tween Crafting! Ready to transform basic supplies into something creative and wonderful?
Interested in jewelry making, origami, diamond art, unique accessories, ornaments, paper beadmaking, bookbinding, or card making? This group might be for you. Using crafting supplies, we’ll make paper beads, duct tape fabric, or clay shapes to turn into something amazing. Using found items, we’ll use our creativity to make something unique.

From suncatchers and squishy shapes to journals and satchels, the possibilities are endless. What will we be working on this month? Come join us to find out and CRAFT something unique!

Ring in the Season With Shades of Harmony Chorus

Shades of Harmony is an award-winning a cappella chorus united by a shared passion for singing, performing, and continually honing vocal skills.
Founded in 2001 in the wake of 9/11, "Shades" began as a way to lift spirits through music and has since grown into a vibrant community of performers. Chartered with Sweet Adelines International in 2005, the chorus proudly performs throughout the region at festivals, parades, holiday celebrations, and community events. Under the direction of Harmony 500 Director, Lori Ludlum, Shades of Harmony is proud to be the First Place Division A Chorus in Sweet Adelines International Region 19.

MARGARET E. HEGGAN FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES UNDER A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS
Notice is hereby given that proposals for professional services, not subject to bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, will be received by the Margaret E. Heggan Free Public Library. The proposals must be submitted to the Library Director, 606 Delsea Drive, Sewell, New Jersey 08080 on or before December 12, 2025 by 5 p.m. Proposals will be reviewed at a public meeting to be held on December 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm in the library's meeting room. Proposals for the following professional services will be accepted: Library Board Solicitor, Library Auditor, Library Engineer. Please submit 2 copies of the proposal. Each submission to be considered shall conform to the criteria set forth herein: 1) Should the applicant be a professional acquiring licensure in the State of New Jersey, said applicant shall be licensed for a period not less than five (5) years. 2) The applicant shall submit a Certification of Current Licensure or other similar document evidencing that the professional's license is not presently suspended or revoked. 3) The applicant shall submit a current "New Jersey Affirmative Action Certificate". 4) The applicant shall submit a resume, which shall set forth information including but not limited to the following (as applicable to a business entity or individual professional): (a) Full name and business address; (b) A listing of all post high school education of the applicant; (c) Dates of licensure in the State of New Jersey and any other State; (d) A listing of any professional affiliations or memberships in any professional societies or organizations, with an indication as to any offices held therein; (e) The number of licensed professionals employed by/affiliated with the business entity or the business entity which employs the applicant; (f) A listing of all special accreditations held by the individual licensed professional or business entity; (g) A listing of all previous public entities served by the business entity or licensed professional, indicating the dates of services and position held. 5) The applicant shall submit a schedule of fees. The Library Board of Trustees shall thereafter select the professional or business entity for the position so advertised which shall thereafter be confirmed or approved as required by law or ordinance.
